Shell Controls: Delphi's Hidden Gems

I am using Delphi 2009 and I am having problem finding ShellTreeView, ShellComboBox, ShellListView, and ShellChangeNotifier let alone how to install them. Can someone show me where to find them, and how to make them show up in the “Sample” category. THANKS.
