Returns the absolute value of a number.

Abs returns the absolute value of the argument, X. X is an integer or floating point type expression.

example
var x1,x2,x3 : integer;
	
x1 := -1;
x2 := 0;
x3 := 4;

x1 := Abs(x1);
x2 := Abs(x2);
x3 := Abs(x2);

//x1 = 1
