function CompareStr(const S1, S2: string): integer;
Compares two strings.
The comparison is case sensitive (based on the 8-bit ordinal value of each character) and does not consider the Windows locale settings. The return integer value is less than 0 if S1 is less than S2, 0 if S1 equals S2, or greater than 0 if S1 is greater than S2.
This function is obsolete, i.e. it should not be used in new code - exists only for backward compatibility.
var s1,s2 : string;
i : integer;
s1:='Delphi';
s2:='DELPHI';
i:= CompareStr(s1,s2);
//i=32 or s1 > s2 ;
