Returns only directory or drive information parts of a string containing full path and file name.
If FullFileName contatins no directory or drive information, the result is FullFileName unchanged;

sDirName := ExtractFileDir(sFullAppPath);
//sFullAppPath = c:\FirstDir\SecondDir\SuperAppName.exe
//sDirName = c:\FirstDir\SecondDir\
