description
Inserts a substring Source into a string S at a given position Index.

If Index is zero or negative Source is inserted at the beginning of S. If Index is greater than the Length of the string, Source is added to the end of S.

s:='DELPHI';
Insert(' programming',s,6);
//s='DELPHI programming';
