Returns true if the value specified represents positive or negative infinity..

Note: use the Sign function to distinguish positive infinity from negative infinity.

ShowMessage(BoolToStr(IsInfinite(AnInfinity)))
//returns True


NotInfinity := 1 / 0.0000000000000000001;
