description
Returns the specified command-line parameter.
When called with Pos=0, returns the application path name. Parameters are numbered from 1 to ParamCount. Delphi uses space character to break command line parameters; use double quotes around text that contains space characters (long file names).

example
var PathAppName : string;

PathAppName:=ParamStr(0);

if Paramstr(1)='' then
 ShowMessage('Application: ' + PathAppName + ' called
              with zero parameters;
              one or more parameters required!);
