Correct!
Associating an event with an existing event handler in Delphi is used in purpose of code reuse. Suppose we want to have a button and a menu item do the same thing. When a button initiates the same action as a menu command, you can write a single event handler and assign it to both the buttons and the menu items OnClick event.
